A Health Walk Group
The WalkWell Scheme holds 6 Health Walks between 30 and 60minutes in length every week. All walks start and finish from the community locations listed below and end with an optional social gathering.
The scheme is managed by North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus (formally a Primary Care Trust). All the walks are led and back marked by specially trained volunter Health Walk Leaders.
The walks meet 51 weeks of the year (we have a break over the Christmas period).

Thursday at 10:00, Humberston, Church Lane, Humberston, DN36 4HZ (45-60 minutes)
Friday at 10:00, Second Avenue Resource Centre, Second Avenue, Grimsby, DN33 1NU (45-60 minutes) Friday at 10:00, Weelsby Woods, Weelsby Road, Grimsby, DN32 9RU (30 AND 60 minutes)
