Last updated 14 May 2010
A Closer to Home walk
These led short health walks are completely free and take place every day around the beautiful parks and greenways in Stoke-on-Trent- funded by Stoke Primary care Trust.
They last between 30 and 45 minutes and are for all ages and abilities- most involve no steps, stiles or inclines and are wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
For a description of each of the walks, including maps and photos, go to www.stadiumcommunities.org.uk and click on 'Closer to home, Circular Walks,' or join us on Facebook!
