Our walks
Volunteer Led Health Walks leave from:
The William Clement Memorial St Julian Friars in Shrewsbury on Thursdays at 10.30am
The Walk will be purposeful and brisk to achieve all the associated health benefits and will last for approximately 40 minutes. The ground is fairly flat and suitable for buggies and wheelchair users.
Anyone is welcome to join in whatever age, weight, height, or ability. Just wear some comfortable shoes. Everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace with trained front and back walkers for support.

Starting at Frankwell Car ParkFinishing at the Quantum Leap Sculpture, opposite The Shrewsbury Hotel.
This is a charity walk event, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. There will be a £1 entry fee for walkers, with all proceeds being donated to the charity. On registering, all participants will receive a goodie bag, which will include a map of the route.
Why not collect sponsorship to complete the route and ask friends and family to sponsor you per bridge?!
