Redditch: Arrow Valley Health Walks - West Midlands

Every Monday morning* at 11.00 am the Arrow Valley Health Walk starts from the Countryside Centre on Battens Drive, Redditch.

The walks take a variety of routes incorporating the lake, meadows and woodlands.  The walks are always on made-up surfaces - with grassy meadows and a few steps** when the ground is dry.  The walks take up to an hour and are usually between 2 and 3 miles with shorter routes optional.

Every Thursday morning at 11.00 am, again starting from the Countryside Centre, a longer walk of up to 5 miles takes place.  These walks could involve walking on uneven ground and through fields.

* Excludes some bank holidays

** Wheelchairs and pushchairs are welcome but please ring beforehand so that the route will avoid steps.
