Accredited SchemeNorth Staffordshire: Age Concern Ageing Well - West Midlands

Last updated 07 April 2009
Age Concern North Staffordshire has a number of walks across the City organised by the Ageing Well Project. The walks are lead by trained volunteers and range from 1 mile, 3 miles and 5 miles. The 1 mile walks are taken at a relaxed pace and usually around a park or along the canal side. The longer walks are for the more energetic and provide an opportunity to explore our picturesque city.
