Our walking programme is aimed at those who are unused to regular physical activity. The walks are 2 to 3 miles long and are of a low intensity.
The aims of our walks are to provide people with a chance to meet new people and to socialise, build their self-confidence, and to start improving their fitness.
We meet every Tuesday at 9.45am and Friday at 09.45am, beginning at the West Somerset Leisure Centre, Minehead.
