Enjoying a Bude Walk & Talk walk
We are a friendly group of health walkers who enjoy gentle exercise and companionship in the Bude/Stratton area. Newcomers are always welcome. We're priviliged to live in a stunning corner of Cornwall so come and experience it by joining our walks. Our scheme is run by trained, locally based volunteer walk leaders, in association with Stroll Back the Years in Cornwall.

Our walks

All our regular walks begin at 10.30am on Wednesdays (except where indicated on our programme), rain or shine.

We have a variety of walks with different starting points around the Bude/Stratton area.

For further information contact Dave Readman, Stroll Back the Years, Room 42, CIOS PCT,
Sedgemoor Centre, Priory Road, St Austell,
PL25 5AS
