Our walks

Portsmouth Healthy Walks have 18 walks led by qualified volunteer walk leaders, who have undergone the National Walking for Health training. These walks are a mixture of city and country walks and are a great way to improve fitness as well as make new friends.

Please wear suitable footwear, comfortable clothing and bring along a drink. New walkers should arrive ten minutes before the start of a walk to complete a simple health questionnaire. Most walks are wheelchair and buggy friendly. These walks are FREE and all are welcome. After most of the walks there is an opportunity to have tea/coffee - all we ask is that participants bring enough change to join us for tea/coffee afterwards, if they wish.
