Action for Life, the East Surrey walking for health initiative, part funded by the NHS, run 25 free weekly guided walks, including 5 buggy walks, ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 miles. There is no need to book, just turn up!

Our walks

The walks are mainly in rural locations and are graded to suit the needs and abilities of walkers. Walks are run regularly every day of the week (apart from Saturday) Most start at 11.00am and last for 40 mins to 1hr 30mins. and most offer refreshments after the walk.
