The walks are linked into the Active health Scheme but you do not need a referral to attend. Anyone is welcome!
Our walks
Every week. Walks take place every Wednesday at 11am, starting from the Battery car park on Morecambe Promanade and last for about 25 - 35 minutes

Heart Concern
Walks take place on the second Saturday of every month. Walks last about 2 hours and are 3 to 5 miles in length with some gentle gradients. This is a great fun day out. For more information log on to: www.heartconcern.co.uk or call Christine Nightingale on 01524 67859
Active Days

Looking Well – Bentham
Every Tuesday at 2pm a 1hr health walk takes place and all are welcome. From 9:30am until 12noon every Monday there is a Ladies Walk and from 9:30am until 11:30am on Tuesday’s a Men’s Walk takes place. On these two walks you are advised to wear walking boots/sturdy shoes as the walk may go on footpaths across fields.
