Find your Feet is a health walk scheme based in the borough of Chorley in Lancashire. The scheme is coordinated by Chorley Council in partnership with the Out & About Project.
Walks are led by Chorley Council Rangers, Find your Feet volunteer walk leaders and Out & About Project staff.
All walks are free of charge and there is no need to book, just come along on the day

Our walks
Every Monday - Tatton Canal Walk
Meet at Tatton Community Centre, off Silverdale Road, Chorley at 1.00pm for a walk along the Leeds Liverpool Canal Towpath. Rest/Refreshment stop on route, return around 2.30pm - 3.00pm. Please note, this walk is longer than the other walks in our scheme and people who are new to health walks are advised to attend the Wednesday and Thursday Walks first, before progressing to the Tatton Canal Walk.
Every Wednesday - Astley Park
Meet outside Astley Hall, the grade 1 listed historic house in Astley Park, Chorley at 10.30am for a walk in the park. Return at around 11.30am. Join fellow health walkers for refreshments in Astley's Cafe Ambio after the walk. Suitable for all abilities.
Every Thursday - Yarrow Valley Country Park
Meet at the Yarrow Valley Visitor Centre off Birkacre Road, Chorley at 10.00am for a walk in the Green Flag award winning Country Park. Return for 11.00am. Join fellow health walkers for refreshments in the Visitor Centre after the walk. Suitable for all abilities
