Southwark Health Walks - London

• Weekly on Thursdays at 11am
• Normally meet outside Artestian Health Centre, 138 Grange Road, SE1 3GF. This can change some weeks please email bermondseybombers@yahoo.co.uk to check meeting point

Dulwich Park

• Just inside College Gate entrance, Dulwich Park
• Weekly on Wednesdays at 10am
• Free of charge
• The walk starts with a five minute warm up walk and then at least 20 minutes of brisk walking. This is followed by a cool down walk of about five minutes.
• Led by Frank

The people who already attend the walks are all at different levels so do not worry about the pace, there will always be someone walking at your speed and our walk leader will always be available to assist you.
