Accredited SchemeCroydon Active Lifestyles - London

Last updated 12 October 2009
Active Lifestyles currently runs a weekly programme of 9 walks, with additional weekend monthly walks. Our aim is to help people in the community to get out into the abundance of parkland in Croydon, whilst getting fit and healthy and making new friends. All health walks are completely free, last approximately 1 hour and are graded for difficulty. Please be at the starting point of each walk about 15 minutes before they are due to start. Remember to wear suitable footwear and bring an umbrella or raincoat if the weather looks bad.
