Camden Health Walks, organised by Camden Council, are designed for anyone, including those who are new to exercise (if you are under 16 please bring an adult with you). This programme of weekly walks last between 1-2 hours and there are benches and toilets along each route. Several of the routes end at cafes for refreshments.
All our walks are led by WfH qualified Walk Leaders. One of the best things about our walks is the people who go on them - the walks are very friendly and sociable! There's no need to book in advance - just turn up a few minutes before the start time.
For more information and details of how to get to the start points please contact Anna Ware, Healthy Communities Development Officer, on: 020 7974 6981 or Email: anna.ware@camden.gov.uk
