Originally this walk started life as a walk for referred CHD patients from local areas, and to this day this is still largely the makeup of the attendees.
Thus the walk is within Regents Park, rather easy and lasts for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
The theme of the walk is generally to take in the Flora and Fauna of our wonderful park and afterwards a 'pick me up' cup of tea is awaiting in the cafe.
