West Norfolk: Fit Together, Age Concern walks - East of England

Age Concern West Norfolk District runs the Older Peoples Activity Project. This provides a number of activities of a physical nature to give people over 50 the opportunity to socialise and keep fit. Included within the scheme is a regular health walks programme with 3+ walks a week.

Our walks

Every Thursday a Walk in the Downham area see programme for details

Every Friday a walk in the Kings Lynn area see programme for details

Wednesdays alternate between short level one walks in Downham market to level 3 walks around West Norfolk and also include some special interest walks.
