Bedfordshire Walk 4 Health - East of England

Last updated 21 April 2010

Walk 4 Health Bedfordshire covers the entire county, except Luton. There are currently around 30 walk programmes operating, most of these are weekly walks of about an hour.

For further information about any of the walks please contact Mike Fayers - see column on right.

Our walks

There are walks taking place every weekday, mostly in the mornings, and occasionally at weekends. The majority of these are flat walks with no stiles, and are suitable for almost everybody.

A great many of the walks end at cafes or pubs to enable walkers to have a social drink before they leave.

Events

Walking4Memory is mainly aimed at dementia sufferers and their carers but any one is welcome. It is a social event and hopefully stimulating for brain and body. See attached program.
